Bulgaria Calls Tender To Sell Local Publishing Co Rodina’s Building21.05.2012Bulgaria called a tender to sell state-owned printing and publishing company IPK Rodina`s unfinished building in Sofia, setting the starting price at 20 million levs ($ 13.0 million/10.2 million euro ).
The tender will be held within 25 days after a tender notice is published in the State Gazette, the privatisation agency said in a statement on Saturday.
The increment is set at 1.0 million levs and the participation deposit is 2.0 million levs, both excluding Value Added Tax (VAT). Tender documents can be obtained at a price of 5,000 levs.
The tender winner will have two options - to demolish the building, or to reconstruct it and put it into service within a year.
